Red Velvet yogurt with shredded coconut, gummy bears and chocolate rocks - I'd never order it, but I could. Concoctions like that bring young children (and older children... and adults) into the local Fro-Yo shops at an amazing rate. The question has moved from, "should we go out for ice cream?" to "should we go out for yogurt?" and then again to "which yogurt place should we go to?"

NYC Mayor Michael Bloomberg's proposal to ban the sale of sweetened beverages 16 oz. or larger was APPROVED today by the NYC Board of Health. This ruling (and future similar rulings across the country) could have a HUGE impact on franchisee profitability!
